Do all Rymgo drivers have an SLTDA licence?↓
No. Every driver on Rymgo is verified by us for ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance — that's the baseline. About 60% also hold an official SLTDA tourist chauffeur licence. Drivers who have it show an SLTDA Licensed badge on their profile.
How does bidding work?↓
You post your journey — where, when, how many passengers. Verified drivers submit blind, all-inclusive bids within 2 hours. You see each driver's profile, vehicle, reviews, and price before choosing. Pick with confidence — your price is locked at booking.
Is the price really all-inclusive?↓
Yes. Every bid on Rymgo is all-inclusive — fuel, tolls, parking, and waiting time are covered. Drivers agree to these terms before bidding. Charging extra is a platform violation.
What if my driver cancels?↓
If a driver cancels a confirmed booking, we immediately search for a replacement from our verified network. Your payment is never released until your trip is complete.
How do I pay?↓
You pay securely online by credit or debit card. You can pay a 15% deposit (with the balance to the driver in cash) or pay the full amount upfront for a small discount. All payments are protected.
