Every listed driver's ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and passenger liability insurance are reviewed by Rymgo before their profile goes live. Where a driver holds a tourist chauffeur licence (Sri Lanka Tourism), it shows as a badge on their profile, so you can see it before you choose.
You post your journey. Tell us where, when, and how many passengers. Verified drivers reply with blind, all-inclusive offers. You see each driver's profile, vehicle, reviews, and price before choosing. Pick with confidence. Your price is locked at booking.
Yes. Every offer on Rymgo is all-inclusive. Fuel, tolls, parking, and waiting time are covered. Drivers agree to these terms before submitting an offer. Charging extra is a platform violation.
If a driver cancels a confirmed booking, or doesn't show, we notify nearby verified drivers immediately and search for a replacement. If we can't find a replacement in time, you receive a full refund and goodwill credit. Until your trip is complete, your payment stays with Rymgo. Reach us via the contact form on rymgo.com or by email at hello@rymgo.com. A real person replies, 6am–midnight Sri Lanka time, 7 days a week. We coordinate the replacement directly.
You pay securely online by credit or debit card. Two options. Option B: pay in full upfront (recommended). Your payment is held by Rymgo until your trip ends, plus a 24-hour dispute window for extra protection if anything goes wrong. Option A: pay a 15% deposit online, pay the driver 85% in cash at trip end. You keep your money until the day, and Rymgo holds the deposit until your trip is confirmed complete. Currently card payments are charged in Sri Lankan Rupees( LKR).
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund, sent to the card you paid with in the currency charged. Within 48 hours of pickup, or on a no-show, there is no refund: you forfeit everything paid, deposit or full amount. Booking within 48 hours of pickup?
